With ID.me, login and identity credentials move with an individual so they only need to verify once.
ID.me is a federally-certified identity provider at the highest standards NIST has set for consumer identity verification and login. ID.me is one of only four companies in the United States of America certified by the federal government to bind a legal identity to a digital login.
In addition to providing individuals with complete control over their credentials and data, the company has a “No Identity Left Behind” initiative to expand access and inclusion for all individuals through a video chat verification process. Role Overview
ID.me is seeking a results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. Our next Recruiter will join our small talent team, assisting with sourcing and recruiting efforts for our Sales organization. If you have a strong background in managing recruiting processes, partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to bring on stellar new teammates, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Partner with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit for a variety of sales positions
Expand candidate funnel through partnering with firms, sourcing, digital channels, networking, referrals and in-person outreach
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through offer
Assist in creation and definition of new job roles in partnership with recruiting team and hiring managers
Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to leadership
Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to support our fast growing company
Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed
Qualifications
The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.
3+ years of experience of sales recruiting experience in a hyper growth and highly fast-paced environment
Experience or exposure to Public Sector or Government Sales recruitment initiatives preferred
Proven success in supporting multiple hiring teams and stakeholders
Excel at building and cultivating relationships with hiring managers and your team.
Resourceful and scrappy
Proven strategic sourcer with the ability to close candidates effectively
Proactive and creative approach to solving problems
Passionate about making the world a better place
Previous startup experience is preferred

ID.me Covid Vaccination Requirement
