Job Description
An enthusiastic go-getter with 2-4 years of IT recruiting experience. Will hunt for optimum candidates through exhaustive sourcing tools like portals, social media platforms etc.
Conducting first level detailed screening of potential candidates, coordinating with interviewers, candidates etc to ensure a smooth selection process.
Updating job postings, adept with various recruiting tools and innovative ways to source best candidates.
Maintaining ATS database & reports etc of the recruitment process and candidates approached. Sharing the reports with senior recruiter/managers frequently.
Representing the organization in the most professional way to candidates and practicing HR recruiting best practices. Ensuring status updates are provided to the candidates and various stakeholders.
Should be able to deliver as per the exact set SLAs.
Proficient in working on Microsoft Office.
