Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Executive will be responsible for Lead Generation, provide complete information about courses/programs, assisting in the admissions decision-making process. Guiding prospective students and their parents through the application and enrollment process.
Meet with potential / prospective students and their parents (At school/ College / Residence) to inform them about the relevant program to provide information about program features and their benefits.
Calling and Following up with potential students and parents. Understand student interest and expectations and pitch a suitable program.
Source new students admissions opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-admissions process. Follow up with clear and effective approach, to convince students and parents and help him to decide.
Must be comfortable visiting prospective students/parents residence, generating interest in our course/programs and make new admissions.
Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be from North East Location.
Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Marketing.
1-6 years of experience in inside sales/outbound sales/Educational sales.
Good written and spoken English & Hindi.
Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
Experience should be in education industry.
Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
