Job Description : Aaron Services is currently hiring for a full-time Work From Home CSR to join our team in the Suwanee, GA area. This remote customer service position earns a competitive wage.

DAY-TO-DAY
This remote customer service position is Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM.
As a Work From Home CSR, you are personable and energetic as you take incoming calls, schedule customers, and respond to emails. You thrive in your quiet home office and love that you are able to skip the commute. Your space is always organized in order to maximize efficiency. No matter what challenges or questions our customers may have, you maintain a calm and friendly demeanor as you address their needs. REQUIREMENTS FOR A WORK FROM HOME CSR

Customer service experience
Experience with Google (Gmail, Chat, Google Docs)
A quiet place to work that is free from interruptions
A reliable internet connection fast enough to support internet-based phone calls
Ability to complete 2 weeks of training in the office
