Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Freelancers/corporate trainers for C2H/ full time
Handling end to end recruitment process life cycle by providing recruitment support
Handling recruitment process from Junior to senior level for Freelancers/C2H / Permanent Staffing / vendor Management.
Technically screen candidates for their technical skills as per the requirements.
Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
Negotiation of Salary range to fit both company /candidate comfort level and satisfaction.
Managing Recruitments through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), mass mailings, cold calling and job postings, networking, referrals.
Completing tasks in given TAT
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as Technical Recruiter and IT Recruiter.
Should have worked on Latest IT Technologies
Should have Exp & Knowledge of Job Portals- Naukri/ Monster, linkedin & Social Media platforms.
Well versed with Mass Mail/ Job Posting & Screening
Exp in IT Lateral recruitment in latest IT technologies
Good experience in working with various Technical Niche skillsets
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes and utilize the same in an efficient manner
Key Skills:
Well versed with Job Portals- Naukri/ Monster and other social media platforms.
Hands on IT recruitment.
Good Technology stacks understanding
Experience in IT niche Skills Hiring
Target oriented
Fluent Communication
CTC : As per market standards
