Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business, Executive Education has an opening for a Data Entry Assistant for the MBA Programs (including the Full-Time MBA, Professional MBA, Executive MBA, and MBA Online) and our open enrollment and custom programs. This role will assist the marketing team with data entry, purchase card account processing, website edits, event scheduling and communication, copy editing, content creation, as well as other duties as assigned.

This is for a non-exempt, part-time job. Some tasks may be done remotely, however, the bulk of responsibility will be on-campus, in-person.

Responsibilities
Assist Marketing team with scheduling marketing communications and recruiting events by updating websites, calendars, and other platforms accordingly
Data entry and report generation using the customer relationship management tool Salesforce
Process invoices and statements for purchasing card account holders
Reallocating purchasing card statements monthly
Printing receipts for purchasing card statements and preparing monthly reports
Assisting with purchasing card audit twice per year
Assist and support Marketing team with marketing-related duties as assigned, including but not limited to photocopying, name tag and business card creation, and basic office duties
Assist Marketing team with the development and administration of the MBA Programs and Executive Education webpages and social media presence
Analyze, monitor, track, and evaluate marketing efforts for effectiveness, including analysis of the analytics and metrics of emails and marketing text messages
Conduct market research and recommend strategies, promotional materials, vendors, and communication methods that will best serve the needs and interests of the program

Minimum Qualifications
Two years data entry experience or equivalency required (1 year of college education is equivalent to 2 years of related work experience). Proficiency in the use of data entry equipment and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required. The hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Preferences
General awareness of marketing trends and platforms
Comfortable working with remote team members and participating in virtual meetings for training and direction
Computer literacy including full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or web editing and development experience is a plus
Detail-focused and precise, especially for database work, calendar management, and scheduling
Critical thinking, common sense, and good judgment; not afraid to ask questions and recommend changes as needed to increase efficiency
