Job Description : We are hiring for a Full-Time Benefits and Wellness Administrator at our downtown campus.

About the Role:
Designs and administers company wellness programs and activities designed to improve organizational wellness, physical, emotional, social, financial, and physical health, and well-being. Develops and implements changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of the employees. Manages and oversees all aspects of employee wellness program.
What you’ll do:
Develops, implements, and maintains comprehensive, innovative wellness programs and events in the alignment of the organization’s wellness goals and objectives to improve employee health and well-being.
Maintains wellness platform including physical and mental health programs; Conducts regular health screenings and trainings, tracking participants and biometric data.
Develops and delivers fitness classes for all levels of skill and participation.
Coaches individuals and department groups in exercise and nutrition including targeted outreach to mod/high risk employees with specific conditions (i.e. high blood sugar or cholesterol).
Applies for and maintains company status for awards and certificates that deal with physical and mental wellness programs.
Creates and maintains relationship with external contractors such as wellness platform providers.
Maintains certifications for knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this position.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following, Exercise and Wellness, Public Health, Exercise Science/Nutrition, or Related field of study.
Fitness training certificate NSCA, NASM preferred
An understanding of Mental Health best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Some Public Speaking/Presentation Experience
0-2 years work experience
Bonus points for:
Corporate Wellness Specialist Certificate or equivalent
Proficient Experience in Public Speaking/Presentation
Mental Health/Mindfulness Certification
Wholistic Nutrition coaching certificate
Demonstrated experience delivering health promotion and/or health education programs that achieved measurable improvements in population health
