The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a Manager, Business Development who will lead a team of Adobe Workfront Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Development and plays an integral part in training, reporting and data analytics for the team.

What you’ll do
Hire and train a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure individuals are reaching lead development goals
Analytics: develop, track, and analyze metrics that provide insight to process inefficiencies. Identify, develop, and coach a BDR team on tactical efficiencies and strategic production
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership regarding org initiatives
Develop team members into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
What you’ll need to succeed
Shown experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals. At least 2 years of experience in software sales or sales/biz development
Shown understanding of sales and marketing concepts including: ‘Sandler Sale’ methodology, lead management, customer lifecycle, lead cultivating, and marketing automation systems
Experience in hiring and performance management
Strong technical acumen; skilled with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office suite, Marketo (or other lead/sales acceleration tools) a plus
Professional communication; experience with presenting to leadership teams
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $131,000 – $170,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
