Job Description : Jade Global is looking to onboard Human Resources Associate for Ogden UT location.SummaryHR Assistant responsibilities include updating our employee records, coordinating company events, Onboarding. If you’re interested in kickstarting or growing your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, Onboarding and employee development, we’d like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Onboarding and New Hire Orientation· Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms· Leave of absence process· Respond to associates’ inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR-related matter· Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents· Proofread HR documents including audits, policies, and handbooks· May be responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements· Participate in organizing and planning company and Wellness eventsQualifications· Experience of customer service or clerical role.· Experience with MS Office· Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills· Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, attention-to-detail and communication skills· People oriented and results driven· Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management or equivalentJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
