Social Media Assistant
$16/hour
Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
2-3 days in the office in Lehi, UT
Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Throughput, organization, and speed are a must.
Responsibilities
Creating up to 300 social media posts per week including choosing pictures and writing content for one of our many clients
Verifying that the client account information is correct and up-to-date
General administrative tasks as assigned such as digital account updates, and phone calls to schedule meetings
Work alongside the client experience coordinators & directors with any special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years in administrative – office experience
High school diploma or GED
A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
Exceptional computer skills High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
Google platform proficiency
Type 50+ WPM
Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience on a Mac
Experience with Excel or Google Equivalent
Experience with Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
