Our Support Center is located Murray, Utah and we are looking for talented people to join our team in supporting the 11,000+ team members who operate our restaurants. We are committed to growing our team through building new stores in our existing brands, acquiring additional stores, and adding even more brands. Our current restaurant brands include Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Sizzler Steakhouse, Dunkin’, Wingstop, Little Caesars and Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jamba and Cinnabon.JOB DETAILSWe are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring process from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources both internally and externally. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with leaders in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring processSource candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referralsTrack recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fillManage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboardInterview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates as neededOversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidatesRequirements2+ years of work experience as an In-house RecruiterFamiliarity with full cycle recruitmentStrong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)Exceptional communication skillsExperience with social media recruitingUnderstanding of HR practices and labor legislationStrong multi-tasking abilityIf you are looking for a great opportunity to join a company with an exciting path of growth ahead, we want to hear from you!
