JOB DESCRIPTION:
Apply DG, OOG in the system and update customers on their queries/emails.
Send circulars, follow-up for special cargo bookings with customers and update the team.
Respond to inquiries and follow thru to bring in business successfully. Quote rates to customers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth shipments for customers.
Preparation of reports and send to principles, preparation & Updation of sales Contracts, Invoices.
Follow up with customers on the overdues/outstandings and report to the HOD.
Timely submission of reports set by the management as per the deadline.

Graduate/ MBA
