This position requires that all candidates must be local and physically able to work in our Midvale, UT office.
Your role::
Provides administrative and technical support for a dynamic Marketing department
Prepares a wide variety of documents including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, department communications, blog posts, and other requested documents
Maintains general and confidential records
Coordinates executive travel arrangements to include flight, hotel, and car rental
Coordinates meetings, appointments, and events and ensures that managers calendars are kept current
Assists with various financial and sales reports and projects
Additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
Anticipates the needs of the executive team and the department
Plans and facilitates department meetings and activities
Your qualifications::
Accurately type 60 wpm
Good composition and grammatical skills
Strong proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), database management and reporting, graphics and presentation, spreadsheet development and reporting
3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or support role of professional positions
Administrative or business college training or experiential equivalent
Two years of higher education or training
Exhibits workplace maturity in their approach to personnel issues and conflict resolution
Anchored in a growth mindset
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to support an executive work environment, including managing surprise deadlines/ projects, early and late working hours and difficult assignments
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in the Midvale office location two or three days a week
