Position : Recognition and Events Coordinator
Job Description : To be successful in this role you will need to see the big picture and execute rapidly. You understand the network marketing industry, distributor, and customer and have proven experience developing and coordinating programs designed to reward and recognize New U Life Members at all levels. You propose and administer programs that promote leadership and foster a company loyalty to improve retention. You ensure the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the on-going development and analysis of information and metrics.You will oversee recognition for New U Life’s hard-working Members which includes, but is not limited to, sending monthly rewards to new or top performers, tracking those who qualify for incentive travel, overseeing Global Recognition celebrations and executing Recognition Events at New U Life’s Annual Convention.As a member of the team you will work closely with Marketing, Creative Services, Sales and Customer Support to develop and drive the execution and success of the recognition programs.WHAT YOU WILL OWN: Making recognition part of the New U Life’s DNACreating and executing global recognition programs including communications, promotion, rewards, and trackingMaintaining monthly and promotional recognition programs. Depending on category and program, produces recognition letters of congratulations and mails pins/letters to Members, email and social campaigns designed to motivate MembersIncreasing the visibility of all recognition programs and initiatives.Creating and maintaining a Hall of FameResearching competitive programs of other industry direct selling leadersWorking with international New U Life contacts in each country on all aspects of recognitionPlanning and executing recognition from stage during annual eventsWHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED: 2+ years in the direct sales industry2+ years of experience in one or more of these areas: Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Events, and Recognition ManagementWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Highly collaborative work style with a positive, upbeat attitudeWorking knowledge of direct sales industry.Creativity, with the ability to solve problems with experience in developing innovative ideas, approaches, and solutionsExperience with marketing strategy and effective campaigns, email and event marketing, and metricsSuccess in managing complex and multi-faceted recognition programs with the ability to drive projects through completionAbility to balance multiple campaigns while adapting to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet established deadlinesExperience partnering with teams across departments to manage relationships with various partners and accomplish objectivesMust be a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking with strong ability to prioritize to meet business needsWorking knowledge of MS ExcelJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Lehi, UT 84043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Events management: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
