The ideal candidate will bring expertise in website design, SEO, PPC and social media campaigns, Hub Spot CRM marketing, customer up-sell / cross-sell, and a track record of successful partnerships with inside / outside sales.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage digital advertising platforms, track performance, and adjust marketing spend allocation to influence lead generations, ROAS, close rate and efficient CRM usageMaximize our digital paid accounts (e.g., GMB, YEXT, FB, PPC, Zillow, etc.) to drive brand awareness, fine-tune automation, and optimize lead generationEvaluate online analytics and develop strategic techniques to take our online branding and company recognition to the next levelAnalyze marketing and social platforms and collaborate with the marketing department to generate well-planned strategies to further our online presenceImplement innovative SEO tools to increase brand awareness and improve lead quality and efficiencyCreate local community mobile-first websites to optimize branding and lead generation and referralsOptimize and execute local community FB marketing strategyRefine automation tools and API’s to improve marketing processes and ROICreate strategic email and SMS campaigns to drive contacts through the sales pipeline and provide an outstanding digital customer journeyDevelop dynamic A/B testing methods to optimize campaign effectivenessExamine conversion rate analytics, develop, and execute optimization techniquesExplore our current marketing objectives, implement new and creative techniques to enhance the customer journeyQualificationsBachelor’s in marketing, digital media, or relevant fieldPreferably, two years of hand-on digital marketing experienceStrong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, best practices, attribution, and marketing analyticsA basic understanding of important SEO factors including quality content, keyword focus, URL structure, etcHands-on experience building compelling landing pages and micrositesHands-on experience in building marketing workflows and campaigns through Hubspot (CRM)Experience in multi-stage automated drip campaigns, A/B testing and moving prospects through the funnel to conversionProperty management or real estate experience is a bonus, but not mandatoryAbility to collaborate with a diverse group of employees to achieve shared goalsMust be a self-starter with the ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesWe offer our employees a golden work experience including a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, and above all infinite opportunities to learn, develop and sharpen their skills.
