We need all types of crew members, from skilled labor (req: transportation, physically fit, has tools and basic knowledge of construction) to supervisor (req: vast knowledge of our industry, can layout, read blueprints, manage on site inventory and direct a crew of five or more workers effectively,, Etc.) Installers need to be conditioned to work in the outdoor elements (sun, rain, snow, wind). Also, a large portion of our work is done off the ground (boom lift, scissor lift, ladders) so anxiety of heights would not optimal for some of our positions. Let us know if heights are and issue so we can plan correctly.Basic tools: varies based on scope of work visit NOORDAJOBS.com to see tool requirements for each scope. BUT we have opening for people with or without tools.Transportation required – Your own reliable motor vehicle. We try to arrange crews based on geographic location to reduce the distance the employees must drive their personal vehicle.
