Job Description : POSITION POSTING DESCRIPTIONPosition Overview: Strategic Results has an immediate opening for a full-time, detail-orientated Instructional Materials Manager to work primarily on site in Vienna, VA.The candidate in this position provides for organizing, obtaining, and coordinating shipping of all NHI training materials in support of scheduled training sessions. As an Instructional Materials Management, the candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:Primary Responsibilities: a) Coordinate the shipment of all NHI course materials in the appropriate tracking system within 24 hours of confirmationb) Work closely with the NHI Scheduler, Instructional System Designers (ISDs) and Training Program Managers (TPMs) to ensure that the proper materials are shipped prior to the scheduled training sessionc) Ensure all course materials are scheduled to be received at the training site 2-4 weeks in advance of scheduled sessionsd) Maintain version control of training materials on an external hard drive accessible to NHI ISDs and TPMse) Manage the electronic library of training materials as described in the SOP.Experience & Education: a) High school degree or GED (Required)b) Minimum (4) years’ professional experience in the field (Preferred)Location: National Highway Institute, 2600 Park Tower Drive Suite 500 Vienna, Virginia 22180.Strategic Result: In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Strategic Results mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments, the guiding principles of our culture.
