Job Description : SummaryThe Information Systems Associate provides support to the Customer Operations Department. The Information Systems Associate is based in the Arlington, Virginia, office and reports to the Customer Operations Manager.Essential Functions· Register customer portal accounts by following onboarding procedure and coordinating with relevant parties to obtain information· Present portal system to customers to portray benefits and technological advantage to facilitate small and large business needs· Reduce data redundancy in IBM Notes CRM system and maintain data migration to update and consolidate customer records and to overall improve processes and database system· Train business development managers on Pipedrive, sales CRM tool, to forecast and track deals· Deliver some first level of IT support to business development managers and troubleshoot all Pipedrive and portal issues· Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience needed· Use Power BI to track portal usage among users· Other tasks as assigned by managerThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
