Position : Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description : The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the Five Guys brand on all social media sites. This individual will foster engagement and build relationships through Five Guys social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and occasionally Snapchat) and is responsible for interactions with members of these sites and monitoring of posted content. This individual will also build and manage the content calendar for all social media accounts. The Social Media Specialist also manages relationships with international teams (and agency partners) to oversee their work and educate regarding Five Guys’ social media strategy.
Additionally, s/he monitors social media for customer service issues, respond appropriately, and feeds issues into the customer service platform for proper resolution. This individual will also be an integral part of the Five Guys Music Initiative by identifying and building relationships with veteran and newly established music artists and managing the building of content to feature those artists on the social media platforms.
