Position : Director, Membership

Job Description : Basic Function of the Position: This position plays a critical role in the operations and growth of the company’s Membership Department through project management, member engagement, recruitment, and retention support.Critical Duties and Responsibilities:· Support execution of special membership projects including long-term strategic initiatives with project management, data analysis, and reporting.· Actively support the company’s member recruitment activities, campaigns, and initiatives.· Actively support the company’s member retention and renewal activities including outreach to individual member companies through call and email campaigns.· Educate the company’s members about the initiatives, opportunities, and benefits available to them.· Work cross-departmentally and with outside vendors to ensure the company membership operations are implemented efficiently.· Analyze and measure membership initiatives to enhance operations.· Provide project management support for projects such as committee calls, webinars, in-person member meetings, and other membership functions.· Establish strong relationships with members through the company’s account management program· Support the growth and development of member programs and industry groups including management of working groups, divisions, or councils as assigned.· Play an active role in supporting member benefits, services, and programs at CES, including the planning and staffing of member lounges, networking events, and designated activities.· Capture details of interactions with the company members, CES exhibitors, and prospects in Impexium.· Provide timely and exceptional customer service to prospects and members.· Perform other duties as required by business needs.Work Experience: · 5-7 years experience in project management, business development, and membership/service experience preferred.· Previous experience in project management events or technology industry community engagement preferred.Education/Training: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred or commensurate experience.Skills/Capabilities/Technical: · Excellent communicator with customer/team orientation.· Strong attention to detail with the ability to implement a strategic vision.· Database software experience preferred.· Problem solver with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and analyze new ideas and concepts.· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Must be fully vaccinatedEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Membership Services: 5 years (Preferred)Project Management/ business development: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
