Please e-mail your resume to Diane.Requirements:Phone Operation & Etiquette Experience; Social Media Marketing Skills; Writing Skills; Knowledge or Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of Social Media Business Marketing (to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Reliability, discretion, and willingness to take on a variety of tasks and training are also important qualities needed in our candidates. It is essential that you are seeking only part time employment for the long term. There are opportunities to take on extra hours occasionally, such as filling in for others and special events.Job Description:Part Time Hours: Monday through Friday (1 pm – 5 pm)Operating switchboard, welcoming guests, clerical support of office staff, updating and downloading content for Intranet and Social Media, vendor coordination, event marketing and office opening and closing procedures.
