Job Description : Front Desk Hotel AgentWe are currently seeking Front Desk Agents to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Fredericksburg, VA. Starting wage for this position is $13.00-$15.00 per hour based on experience. We provide training.Apply here or in person at 4800 Market Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.Job DescriptionOur Front Desk Agents greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues; complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system; verifying and processing credit card payment information; answering telephones; field guest complaints; adhere to all company policies and procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.Additional Job Requirements: Hotel experience preferred but not required.
