We are now accepting applications for Service Advisor positions. A rare opportunity to work at one of the highest volume Service Centers in the country. Must be articulate, CSI driven, high energy, highly motivated, and very reliable. Five day work week, paid holidays, and great benefits. Minimum one year of experience required. Prior Lexus, Toyota or high line experience a plus.A Service Advisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the customer has an easy, hassle free experience in our service department. You will maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward the customer and protect the customer service index score of the service department. You will accomplish this by addressing the customers primary concerns, keeping the customer updated on the status of repairs, and ensuring the vehicle is repaired right the first time and delivered back to the customer when promised.
