Position : Order Processor/Customer Service
Job Description : The Order Processor responsibilities include;Monitoring customer job start schedules, verifying accuracy of customer selections & purchase orders and creating new job files in RFMS.Work directly with customer and internal sales to resolve any selection and pricing discrepancies.Complete revenue recognition weekly.Other duties as assigned.The Customer Service responsibilities include;Reliable self starter with calm disposition that can act confidentially in difficult situations.Answer phones and emailsReceive new customer service requests from builder(s), review to determine type of repair or if inspection is needed.Coordinate dates & times with builder(s) and homeowner(s).Gathering next day job schedule information, completing tasks in RFMSand other duties as assigned.This job is 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and ’til 4pm on Fridays..Job Type: Full-timePay: From $31,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Hand sanitizing stations available throughout work spaces.
