Position : Practice Administrator for Eye Doctor Office
Job Description : At least three years staff/office management experience required.Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.Our highly service oriented, people pleasing office needs an energetic, lively, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, self-confident individual, with exceptional people skills to lead a very busy office.As practice administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the practice. The office manager will make it possible for other people to function efficiently. The practice administrator will work closely with the practice owner to meet the practice’s staffing, equipment, and organizational needs. The practice administrator must exercise sound judgment day in and day out in managing our team, demonstrating confidence, common sense, loyalty, and the ability to motivate others.Duties include, but are not limited to managing staff, hiring and firing of staff, HR administration and HIPAA management.We are a long-established practice, located in a pleasant neighborhood that caters to a wide range of guests. The business owner is a leader in his field, and we are early adapters of new technology that helps provide a stimulating environment for our guests and employees.
