Job Description : We currently have 2 openings for Mortgage Loan Collectors in Richmond, VA. Upon completion of training, work can be performed remotely.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday 12:30p – 9:30pm
Friday 11″30am – 8:00pm
2 Saturdays a month 9:00am – 1:00pm

Duties:
Interact with customers via phone and email, collect payments on early-stage accounts (1-2 months past due), process phone payments, negotiate repayment plans, assist customers with Loss Mitigation & COVID Forbearance programs, other duties relevant to role.
