Job Description : Consulting Management Services is an expanding firm in the Falls Church Area. We have worked hard to become successful and have formed partnerships with companies in the Telecommunications industry. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new business and help their business expand into new markets. We are fortunate enough to sustain these relationships with our clients over the years. With our recent success this past year, we are now in need of a bigger team! Our Customer Service team is the pinnacle of influencing the brand experience, which is how we generate new business for our clients. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as the Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include: Preserve a student mentality while training alongside other Customer Service Representatives to grasp the basics of the roleMaintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Customer Service RepresentativesCommunicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients, expanding on the advantages and closing sales opportunitiesWork directly with our client’s potential customers and handle each interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance and CDC guidelinesParticipate in leadership development and support in training newer Customer Service Representatives if neededContribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumersRequirements of the Customer Service Representative: A background in Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or CommunicationsA High School diploma or equivalentAn outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with othersAn undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industryMust have a student mentality to receive continued training and developmentMust be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry level role of the Customer Service RepresentativeMust be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitudePerks of the Customer Service Representative Position: An opportunity for professional and personal developmentUnlimited growth opportunitiesTraining and mentorship are provided every step of the wayNetworking opportunities with our company VP and top leadershipTeam dinners, activities, and a positive work environment overallJob Type: Full-timePay: $700.00 – $1,050.00 per weekBenefits:Employee assistance programSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWork Location: Multiple Locations
