CAST.ERA’s team is realizing changes to the US landscape for distributed cloud AI & media services backed by SK Telecom’s leading-edge technology & development team.We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Product team and manage initiatives from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly impactful contributor, providing hands-on support and innovative solutions to drive success across the organization.Our ideal candidate is results-oriented with proven success leading project teams through the product development and delivery process, and ambitiously drawn to the growth potential, excited to dive in to our fast-paced startup environment.What you’ll do: Drive the planning, design and implementation of new and innovative programs and processes.Optimize existing processes and execution by identifying opportunities for standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.Shape business value streams based on interactions with stakeholders. Establish and manage relationships with clients and business partners.Serve as the project team representative at internal and client-facing meetings.Collaborate with clients (external customers & key internal clients: Tech and Product teams) to obtain an understanding of overall program/project needs.Understand and manage client expectations.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope, maintaining consistent calibration with program-level objectives, client needs, and product release plans.Develop comprehensive project plans for effective execution and delivery.Coordinate team resources and third-party partner dependencies, ensuring availability and allocation for smooth delivery of each product’s release.Assist in the definition of project scope, involving relevant contributors to ensure technical feasibility.Drive the effective execution of project plans, including but not limited to Backlogs, Schedules, Milestone, KPIs, Budgets, Risks, Critical Dependencies, & Action Items.Analyze, document, and prioritize current state and pain points using appropriate tools and techniques to drive established KPIs.Lead project activities to support the development and execution of Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies.Actively participate in the continuous grooming of product backlog to ensure alignment across portfolio.Perform frequent Project Status Reviews with stakeholders.Anticipate and manage risks, proactively communicating exposures and issues to teams in a timely manner.Clearly document risks and mitigation plans for all projects. Escalate risks to the project team and management, as needed.Manage scope creep via change control processes.Serve as the Scrum Master and support scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, review, retrospective, and daily Scrum.Utilize SCRUM or Lean principles with the goal of simple and efficient execution.Lead individual project teams. Coach, mentor, and guide other team members.Deliver clear communication of goals, scope, and domain to all relevant parties.Provide the framework, techniques, and tools to ensure consistently effective process utilization for the organization, most especially the Product & Tech teams.What you bring: 3-5 years of experience in project management, risk management, and process improvement.Experience with Agile project management methodologies, Scrum framework, and an understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and project planning software (Smartsheet).Experience in managing complex projects with multiple work streams across diverse virtual and distributed teams.Strong organization skills including prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities.Strong attention to detail, while also maintaining the “bigger picture” view.Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging based on audience. Comfortable in communicating and presenting up to the executive level.Ability to grasp technical concepts and interpret at different levels of the organization.Proactive. Forward-thinking. Planning mindset. Keeping an eye on the day-to-day, while also thinking ahead.Ability to build trusting relationships with both internal and external team members.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Key Competencies: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
