Job Description : Local and New Automotive Repair Facility is looking for a Body Shop Manager/Estimator to help lead our busy, state-of-the-art collision repair facility. We are looking for a hard working individual who has experience in body repair and can help lead our growing business. This role could grow into profit sharing for the right candidate. For this role, you’ll need 3 years of insurance program estimating experience and at least 2 years as Body Shop Manager. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long term and has a proven track record of stability and success at previous employments. We are a small staff of 8 people and we are looking for a LEADER.
