Job Description : Graham Industrial Coatings, LLC is currently seeking hardworking individuals who are interested in further developing their skills in the Industrial Coatings Industry. Most of the work performed this year will be in the field on various projects across the State. Some work may be performed at our Industrial Facility located in Palmer, AK.Position OverviewRequirements/Essential Functions: Be a positive role model, and a team playerBe a person who will help and promote othersBe able to manage multiple tasks in a high energy environmentBe reliable, show up to work on time with a great attitudeBe results oriented with a proven ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workBe able to effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workersBe able to work safely and efficientlyBe able to commute +/- 50 miles to and from project location (If valley based, be able to commute to an Anchorage based Project)Be able to work out of town for extended periods of timeSpecific Craft Skillsets: 2 years of experience in any coatings related trade whether that be Commercial or Industrial CoatingsMust be eager to learn, adapt, and advance in trade skillsetsBe willing to use shovels and broomsBe able to work from step laddersSandblasting/Painting experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train those who meet all other requirementsBe able to perform rigorous work activitiesMust be able to pass a background test and drug/alcohol screen, and Fit for Duty examMust be able to pass a respirator fit test (this means being clean shaven for activities requiring respiratory protection)Be able to repeatedly lift 70lbsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationJob Type: Temporary with Full-Time PotentialJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
