Job Description : Seeking a professional, personable front desk coordinator for a temporary position this spring/summer. This position will be for 3-4 months, however, there may be an opportunity for long-term employment.This position requires you to have a high level of communication and organizational skills, while maintaining the high level of care that our patients have grown accustomed to.You will need to be energetic, reliable, and respectful, and should possess the ability to multitask, calculate percentages, collect payments, answer multiple phone lines, present treatment plans and schedule patients. Insurance knowledge is a plus but will train.Our office hours are M-Th 8-5. This is a part-time position for Monday and Tuesday only 8-5.Previous clinical experience/familiarity of dental terminology is desired. Dental office experience is a must. Experience with Dentrix is preferred.We are a close-knit dental family with ties to the community. We run a high-tech, paperless office and strive to offer the very best service for our wonderful patients.Compensation is based on experience, ability, and performance.Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftExperience:Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
