We are looking for an effective administrator who is highly organized, goal-oriented and creative.This position is responsible for performing administrative and office support that includes fielding telephone calls, event planning, receiving and directing emails, word processing, creating spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, filing and data entry. This position will also be responsible for entering claims into the computer system and then filing the electronic copy of the claim, making copies as needed, composing letters and other office memos as required and answering telephone calls.If you are detailed, self-motivated, organized, and have awesome people skills, we would love to have you on our team!General Responsibilities: Customer Services to include answering phones, greeting customers.Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete.Take payments from customers and process through Remote Deposit System.Maintain office/employee supply inventory.Serve as a back-up for other jobs as necessaryGain in-depth and thorough understanding of aviation insurance and P&C.File and maintain customer insurance files.
