Job Description : We are seeking a mature, professional, self motivated and tech-savvy individual for this community outreach and marketing career opportunity.Public Relations – This position involves patient education and supporting provider relations. The right candidate will thrive and be motivated by meeting with people. Duties include supporting existing relationships between the community and our office and developing new relationships. Professional, polished and approachable are the keys to success. Presenting at local health fairs, scheduling presentations with local businesses and ensuring patient referral programs continue to grow are additional primary responsibilities.Marketing – This position includes administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies, focused on social media, print, radio and mailing communications. As a marketing manager you will be responsible for creating and posting content, overseeing marketing production of other employees, as well as working with consultants, graphic designers, writers, and SEO specialists to execute our marketing strategy.Duties:By coordinating with our team and reviewing past marketing strategies, gain an understanding of what products we offer and how to best communicate to our primary audience which includes: referring physicians, employers and existing and prospective patients.Conceptualize, design and create content to be published daily in the form of written content, blogs, email campaigns, images and radio ad verbiage.Assist in the distribution of marketing materials.Obtain patient success stories and publish once approved through senior management team.Utilize innovative tactics that grow the audiences and reach of both of all of our social media accounts.Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.Perform market analysis and research on competition.Assist with maintaining and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) SalesForce.comOrganize marketing events and public education outreach events.Requirements:Willingness to learn and possesses a professional demeanor and approach to tasks.Strong comprehension of various marketing techniques.Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office applications.Possesses experience with marketing computer software and online applications such as: SEO, Online analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Google Adwords.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and thought process.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offTravel reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
