Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Network and prospect for leads
Spend time building new relationships and maintaining current ones with clients
Meet with potential sellers and conduct listing presentations
Be an expert on current housing market conditions
Receive, review and negotiate all offers
Advise sellers on the ins and outs of selling their homes
Network to source new business as needed
Consult with clients to stage, market and sell home
Stay in touch with clients after closing and continue nurturing your relationship
Be a resource to clients throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
Passionate about selling and helping clients achieve their dreams and goals
Willingness and ability to use or quickly learn
Commitment to generating prospective clients and leads
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain one (We can help you with this!)
Ability to work on a team dedicated to accountability and goals
Commitment to staying up to date on market conditions
Strong communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to work in growth and goal-oriented environment
The prospective Agent must be a high-school graduate and at least 18 years of age
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
