Job Description : A leading worldwide sales organization representing major manufacturers in health and beauty care, spirits, food, mass cosmetics, and soft lines categories, seeks an organized Junior Territory Manager with skills in achieving sales goals, executing client retail expectations and standards, shelf management, distribution, selling promotions, and expanding retail presence.Job Purpose: Responsible for the achievement of all retail objectives in assigned locations. Responsible for the selection and development of Sales Assistants and Merchandisers.Essential Job Responsibilities:Executes OSCWEBco’s Standard Store Call Procedures and SFA ScansEnsures distribution of all authorized items. Works with store personnel to correct replenishment issuesExecutes promotional opportunities and documents results using Display Tracker technologyRecruits, hires, trains Sales Assistants and MerchandisersDevelops and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customersEnsures proper product rotation and maintains shelf standardsAssist with product ordering at distributor/store level as requiredMonitors and communicates competitive activity to Region Manager/DirectorSubmits all reports in a timely and accurate mannerFollow OSCWEBco expense guidelinesCompetencies Related to the Job Responsibilities:Convey InformationManage ExecutionInfluence OthersShow Drive and InitiativeMeet Customer NeedsMake Sound DecisionsLearn ContinuouslyQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksSound knowledge of the principals of merchandising sales and promotionDemonstrated success presenting to groups and ability to anticipate and handle most objectionsDemonstrated success optimizing business strategies for diverse customersCompetency using basic software; Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.
