Job Description : SEASONAL – Customer Service Agent – Full-time Position DescriptionThe Customer Service Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient customer service at time of rental using the company approved sales and service techniques. They facilitate the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental experience. The Customer Service Agent handles and resolves customer questions, comments, and complaints while working to ensure all customers have a completely satisfying experience.Responsibilities: Ensure the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customerPrepare the rental agreementsProvide excellent customer service in all customer contact situationsComplete administrative tasks including daily listsCommunicate via phone and email in a friendly and helpful mannerCheck incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of rentalAbility to work in outdoor weather conditions if neededDetailing vehicles when necessaryPerform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service.Qualifications: Candidate with light mechanical abilities is highly preferredHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1-year customer service or sales experience, prior car rental experience is a plusMust be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong verbal, written communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-taskAbility to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer serviceBasic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work 40 hours per week including weekend and/or evening hoursMust be willing to wear company uniformsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future”Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
