Job Description : Summary
Triad Financial Services is looking to add an individual to our Data Entry group in our Anaheim, CA office. This position is responsible for transcribing applications that come to us from multiple sources, and uploading them into our database. You will assist with tasks needed to process applications. In this position you will communicate with vendors, internal Triad staff and external customers regarding the application process.
Responsibilities
This role will train onsite in the Anaheim office, then become remote- Monday-Friday, no weekends
Review applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
Ensure requested documentation is completed in a timely manner
Transcribing mortgage loan applications and uploading them into our database (Encompass)
Answer basic questions from customers regarding initial application process for mortgage loans
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, ethical, compliant manner
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and deadlines
Education
Must have at least a Highschool diploma or equivalent
