TikTok is seeking an Immigration Project Specialist to support our PERM Program, reporting to the Americas Immigration Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion of the TikTok PERM Program. This is a Full-time position located in Mountain View, New York City, Los Angeles and Seattle.

The Americas Immigration Team (AIM) is focused on providing a best-in-class candidate/employee experience for visa sponsored Foreign Nationals (FNs) and internal Stakeholders. AIM is committed to building processes that deliver a seamless and positive candidate/employee experience across all aspects of immigration. We are dedicated to leading with care, support, and have empathy in mind.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and accurately maintain documents and files related to PERM (Immigrant Visas) filings and other immigration matters.
2. Initiate permanent residence cases with outside legal counsel.
3. Act as a resource for the immigration team, foreign nationals and outside legal counsel for PERM related matters.
5. Answer PERM related questions from employees and HR professionals.
1. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, high-intensity tech environment.
2. Fluent in reading, writing, and oral English, Mandarin is a plus.
3. Strong communicator and a resourceful problem-solver.
4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
5. Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with challenging tasks.
6. BA/BS degree.
