Job Description : **THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION- Ideal Candidate Will Live Within 2 Hours of Daimondbar, CA to attend Company GatheringsPosition Objective: Function as a Human Resources Assistant representing 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services by providing operational related activities and duties needed by the company. You will administration of the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Human Resource functions including Compliance and contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that supports our company’s core values and our Community with H.E.A.R.T initiative.Tasks associated with the Human Resources Assistant position include but are not limited to:Job DutiesRun E-Verify for all new hires including field and corporate staffApprove and send to Payroll to process any updated payroll documents that HP’s request forConduct background checks and send information regarding Drug ScreeningsComplete Employment VerificationsSend employee portal invite and welcome email for field and corporate staffSubmit list of new hires for WOTC and EDDFile and organize all documents relating to staffAssist HR Manager in development of the Community with H.E.A.R.T culture program that reaches out to all active Corporate and Field StaffAssist with coordinating company events and recognition/wellness programsAssist with employee benefits portal for new hires and send welcome/enrollment emailAssist with employee benefits employee questions and open enrollment with HR ManagerAssist HR Manager with recruiting needs such as job postings, job descriptions and prescreen applicantsOther duties deemed necessary to support the goals and objectives of the company. Perform duties in an ethical, professional, and cost-effective manner; provide outstanding customer service to our employees and clientsSupport and maintain company cultureAdhere to the company policies as described in the Employee Handbook and follow best practices and standard operating proceduresPerformance MeasurementThe position’s performance and key results areas will be measured as follows:Key Result AreasMeasureCredentialing 90%Other duties deemed necessary to support the goals and objectives of the company 10%Education and Experience: · Up to 1 year of experience· Associates Degree· Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Teams & SystemsSkills, Knowledge and Ability: · Excellent time management skills· High level of detail orientation and multi-tasking ability· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines· Team player· Detail orientedJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
