Job Description : Description: We are a San Francisco-based Film Production-Distribution Company and Film Library seeking a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.Key responsibilities: Providing support and co-ordination of the President’s activities including:Organize overall Inventory assets such as film library, including film and program rights, sound library and stock footage library.Co-ordinate further development of projects, and live project managementCo-ordinate asset acquisitionKey skills: Organizational & Writing SkillsKnowledge of computer programs including Word, Adobe suite, and database softwareKnowledge of contract lawGood interpersonal communicationsStrong communications ability on the telephone and Zoom or other conferencing softwareKnowledge of motion pictures and entertainment industry essential.Languages definitely a plus—This is a full-time salaried position. 35 hours per week.
