Position : Medical Back Office Assistant
Job Description : Our current back office worker just signed on for the remainder of the year. The job will become available then with training starting in early November.We are looking for a back office medicalSecretary/ assistant. Employee is to arrive by 8:30 most days and is off typically before 5 with an hour for lunch. Typical job descriptions include answering calls and schedule patients, confirm appointments, type, make schedules, assist in the room on our procedure day (usually one day a week, sometimes 2), answer basic question and go over forms, file, have or learn how to use Medical Manager, along with some other similar duties that will be explained. Experience working in a medical office is a plus but the ability to learn the job and for it to become routine is just as important. You will be replacing an employee that’s been with our office for 25 years along with another Medical Assistant with the same experience and we have a very family feel in our office and hope you will feel the same shortly.
