Reporting: The Community Coordinator will report to the TokenSmart Community Manager
Job Overview:
TokenSmart is the NFT ecosystem’s premiere community hub. We manage the most active NFT community in the world through our Discord, and facilitate the metaverse’s earliest signature events, like the WIP Meetup, the Metalympics, and more!
Yet TokenSmart is much more than just a community center. It’s also an excellent information resource for all things NFTs. For example, TokenSmart’s weekly Humpday Reports will bring you the alpha that no one outside of the NFT arena knows yet.
In short, TokenSmart is the world’s leading on-the-ground NFT forum: it’s a community of the users, by the users, and for the users.
As the TokenSmart Community Coordinator you will help grow and foster this amazing community!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist, monitor, and provide feedback on all audio/visual tech
Research and implementation on technologies to enhance virtual events
Monitor the Token Smart Discord server mainly and assist with Avastars & Nameless Discords if needed
Respond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner
Build relationships with community members, industry professionals and onboard new members
Assist in virtual event organization, management, and execution to build community and boost brand awareness
Assist with bot & alt account identification
Collaborate with team members, content creators, and community members
Scout potential talent for events, podcasts, interviews, etc
Work with team to improve the server and community experience, increase engagement and activity
Identify & remove spam, scammers and inappropriate content from our Discord server
Enforce the rules of the server
