Position : Production Assistant – Adult Drama
Job Description : Titmouse LA is looking for a Production Assistant that will primarily provide support to post departments such as the editorial team to keep the project on track and ensure a smooth delivery. The Production Assistant will focus on communication to and from the editorial department as well as the post vendors.
Est. Project Length: now – October 2022
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps the Line Producer and Production Manager with overseeing the final editing, retake coordination, client/network deliveries, and other post-production duties after the completion of animation production.
Take clear notes on any client requests or changes to be reviewed by the editor and supervising director.
Help coordinate and schedule QC and Mixes.
Attend production meetings.
Supporting showrunners, Producer and Production Coordinator.
Errands as requested.
Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic and/or professional experience with the animation process and pipeline.
A genuine interest in 2D animation production, editing and/or compositing.
Ability to use Premiere. Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database applications (MS Office Suite and G-Suite).
Ability to quickly learn new software applications is essential.
Ability to prepare and help maintain simple spreadsheets.
Fluency with on-line Internet services such as Dropbox and file sharing.
Experience with Photoshop would be helpful, but is not required.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible/adaptable essential.
Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information.
