Front Desk Job Description:
As a member of Burke Williams front desk, you will be the face of the Burke Williams brand. The front desk staff is the first impression our guests have when coming to BW. The Burke Williams front desk staff are expected to be knowledgeable experts when it comes to creating a wonderful, memorable experience for our guests and upholding the standards of pride and graciousness.

Front Desk Representative Job duties include, but not limited to:
Be the first impression our guests have when they visit Burke Williams.
Checking in guests and confirming appointments.
Welcome guests by offering a complete facility tour.
Create WOW moments with guests.
Book appointments and answer guest inquiries concerning services, products, membership and Gift Card sales.
Uphold sales expectations and meet individual and facility sales goals for memberships, gift cards, and retail products.
Make customized recommendations to our clients regarding services, enhancements, therapists while continually building client relationships.
Be knowledgeable regarding all services, promotions and products.
Liaison to back of the house (concierge).
Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide elevated level of service for our guests by opening doors, standing while guests are present.
Be able to stand and lift to support cleaning and organizing of front desk retail area and desk area.
Adhere to all facility guidelines, company standards and company policies.

Guidelines for the Front Desk Customer Service position:
New hires receive travel reimbursement while training.
Employees also receive additional incentives for membership sales, once training is complete
Full time hours available

Staff working 22 permanent hours per week or more are eligible for the following benefits:
$18/hr
