Job Description : Kelly Services is currently seeking a Procurement Clerk in Sacramento, CA. This position will be responsible for the purchasing and on-time delivery of materials needed for our production process – electronic components, microphones, displays, cameras, and more.
Position: Procurement Clerk
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders based on material needs and purchase requisitions in our ERP system.
Monitor and adjust orders as needed.
Obtain and register order confirmations from suppliers while maintaining a good rapport
Communicate relevant manufacturer Product Changes or End of Life Notifications and coordinate the response with the materials planning team.
Scout the market for new products and suppliers that may bring added value.
Review contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and follow up on these
agreements
Evaluate the suppliers’ performance.
Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred
Relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, or relatable field
Knowledge of Excel and SAP is required
