As a lead for Learning & Development team, you will be partnering closely with the head of people and culture to play a key role in shepherding our culture of continuous learning. This is a global role with the opportunity to weave our Nozomi Cultural Pillars across everything we do.

Some of the Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across the business to assess current state and develop appropriate learning strategies
Run end-to-end program management of learning & development initiatives (in person, out of the classroom, or online) and processes based on learning strategies
Create and maintain training materials, facilitator guides and all documents related to Learning & Development
Take a leadership role in enhancing our end-to-end OKRs and Performance Management Processes
Ensure life at Nozomi is a transformational experience for Nozomiers by ensuring intentional development at all levels of the organization
Apply data driven approach to continuously improve learning and development offerings
Work with Human Capital teams from some of our wonderful investors to leverage wonderful existing curriculums for our leaders
Broadening access to great content that align to our diverse and globally dispersed individuals/teams
We are a dynamic and growing organization, room to define overall role & impact
Play a key role in evolving our onboarding experience – leveraging some of the fantastic work already in place under sales enablement training and partnering with other HR teammates (HR Ops, TA)
Scale for growth through technology led solutions, driving best practice.
Be part of the HR Management team, bringing contributions to the greater good of the department and organization

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Excellent presentation skills
Solid facilitation skills
Passion for communication – owning a consistent tone for L&D comms across the company
Demonstrated success in running company-wide L&D programs
Experience in HR/L&D a must
Project rollout experience in L&D systems desirable
Coaching experience is preferred
