What you’ll do:
AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for an ambitious Loan Officer Assistant to support Distribute Retail Loan Officers. This is an exciting opportunity for a quick learner with strong interpersonal skills, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Loan Officer in gathering POS documentation
Assist Loan Officer with income and asset evaluation
Follow up with clients as needed to obtain LOE’s and clear Underwriting conditions
Assist customers on how to e-sign and e-consent when needed
Work closely with Loan Processor and UW to get final approval
Assisting Mortgage Coordinators when needed
Following up on questions from Loan Processors to allow them to focus on just processing
What you will need:
1-2 years experience in an administrative position, mortgage experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Proficiency with MS Office i.e. Excel and Word as well as Gmail. Comfortable using web-based applications
