Job Description : Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, motivated and team-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-growing healthcare software company in our Sacramento office. The selected candidate would be responsible for managing project implementations and training, in addition to working closely with other clients regarding other software and business development needs.Other responsibilities include business requirement gathering, planning and managing the implementation from start to finish, conducting software training, coordinating with the technical/support team on system setup, and developing and maintaining key relationships with clients. Other tasks may include longer term client assignments and engagements related to the client’s use of the software system.Travel of up to 50% may be required for certain projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage specific client implementations from start to finishDevelop a training plan tailored to a client’s needs in the software platformWork with the client to understand their business and operationsAssisting with the Business Analysis team on any custom enhancements or business processes that cannot be handled through the applicationEnsure smooth communication and work flow between the client and all applicable MedVision teamsAssist in development of training materials or setup of implementation team tools/systemsBuilding and updating the client’s project plan in the Project Management system MedVision utilizesSupporting customers and resolving customer service requests through go-live and potentially afterwardsTraining clients on all applicable processes in QuickCap and for their business cycle in combinations of on-site and remote sessionsPotential travel to client sites for extended periods of timeParticipate in daily, weekly and monthly implementation meetings/callOccasionally attend and participate in company assigned trade shows, conferences, regional meetings and functionsDevelop and build relationships with industry consultants, influencers and industry partnersOther activities or special projects related to clients or the software system as assignedBasic QualificationsMinimum 2-5 years project management experienceBA or BS degreeExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and also independentlyBasic understanding and knowledge of computers and working with software productsProficiency in Microsoft Word, ExcelAbility to work in a high-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressureProven organizational skills and strong attention to detail; the ability to multi-task efficiently is essentialDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to critically think and solve problemsJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearExperience:Project Management: 3 years (Required)
