Job Description : District Manager ExpectationsSummary of Position:Oversee and coordinate the planning, organization, training and leadership necessary to achieve the stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.Core Duties and Responsibilities:Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service every time.Ensure Overall Satisfaction/QSC procedures are being followed during every transaction.Ensure that all food products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.Achieve company objectives in quality, service, and cleanliness of facility.Train all employees to achieve the standards, specifications, guidelines of the company.Create a positive, productive work environment.Oversee cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.Ensure that all bank deposits are made daily.Complete employee assessments by providing One-on-One Counselling Reports on a regular basis.Ensure scheduling requirements are met.Have regular meetings with team members to ensure store performance is at its best.Ensure the proper inventory controls are being met on a weekly basis (accurately entering inventory daily and weekly, entering waste, etc.)Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.Ensure that all time and temp procedures are done consistently and accurately.Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and within the company quality standards.Be knowledgeable of company policies regarding human resources and personnel, and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.Fully understand and comply with all state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to the health and safety requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.Ensure that labor cost is being monitored and controlled and is kept within company goal.Estimate food and supply needs; oversee the placement of orders.Ensure that all crew understand how to check dates on ID when selling alcohol.Ensure that the Wingstop QSC program is adhered to, in its entirety, at all times.Make employment and termination decisions.Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.Continually strive to develop staff in all managerial and professional areas.Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.Review, edit and approve all weekly schedules prior to publishing.Communicate thoroughly and effectively on all issues with Owner/Director of Operations.Conduct weekly QSC Inspections.Ensure all managers are trained on all relevant NBO operations.From time to time coordinate/attend employee meetings.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee DiscountFlexible SchedulePaid Time OffSupplemental Pay:Bonus PayExperience:Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsThis Job Is:A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to applyOpen to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GEDA good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or moreA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and educationA job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to applyOpen to applicants who do not have a college diplomaCompany’s website:Www.WINGSTOP.comWork Location: Multiple Locations
