Job Description : Dental Treatment Coordinator Modern dentistry tools and techniques have revolutionized the level of care that restorative and cosmetic dental treatments can provide. Our offices use the latest state-of-the-art dental technology to bring exceptional care to our patients. We are looking for experienced Dental Treatment Coordinators for our Sunnyvale, San Jose, Fremont, and Dublin offices.Job duties and responsibilities- Patient education including Implant (surgical and restorative) cases. Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals. Work with the clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow. Be a patient advocate and assist patients with financial arrangements for different specialties. Complete pre-authorization. Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork.
